We’ve already reported that Toasted Coffee + Kitchen is planning to open on Thursday, Sept. 15, but that’s not the only thing happening at the corner of Ross and Greenville.
Brian Pacheco, one of the owners of the long-awaited Haymaker, says that they are also looking to open in the middle of the month. The Austin transplant specializes in preparing comfort food – like poutine – and craft beer. The Lower Greenville spot was originally expected to open in the spring at 1520 Greenville, in the space that was once Flying Saucer. Pacheco says that getting the correct permits took longer than expected and there were also architectural changes that also delayed the opening.
