A 17-year-old was found shot in Old East Dallas shortly after 9 p.m. Wednesday, Dallas police said.
A person driving by the 600 block of North Prairie Avenue saw a person later identified as Isaias Esquivel lying unresponsive in the street and reported it to the police.
Esquivel died at the scene, police said.
