Sharon Hage, the chef-owner of York Street, didn’t win the Beard Award for Best Chef: Southwest — again. The honor went to Paul Bartolotta of Bartolotta Ristorante di Mare at Wynn Las Vegas at last night’s ceremony in New York City. Hage has been nominated every year since 2004 without winning.
