At Advocate, we’ve been working on the September pet issue for the past couple of weeks, so naturally I noticed when this event popped up in my Facebook newsfeed:
Later this month, on Aug. 17, The Dubliner Irish Pub, at 2818 Greenville, is hosting a “Yappy Hour” from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. for you and your furbaby.
There will be drink specials with a $5 donation to the Dallas Pets Alive, plus a special cocktail for all Yappy Hour participants.
The patio is dog-friendly, and Dallas Pets Alive will make some (very adoptable) furbabies of their own available for a meet and greet.
