Unfair Park’s Daniel Rodrigue sat in on a meeting of Lower Greenville business owners and neighborhood association types this week. Check out his post about the group, which wants to create some momentum for plans to improve the area.
Terilli’s owner Jeannie Terilli called the meeting, and Rodrigue got some scoop about the businesses that burned in March:
Jon DuPerier, who owns the building that housed Terillli’s, Hurricane Grill and Greenville Bar & Grill, says he has a permit to start cleaning up the site of the fire. But a lawsuit, which Hurricane Grill and Greenville Bar & Grill owner Gregg Merkow filed against DuPerier in April, is holding it up.
DuPerier says he hopes to start working on the site in three to four weeks.
