Woodrow Wilson High School English teacher Mike Moran is number one in a pool of 220 finalists vying for a Dell Grant at Weareteachers.com. His top spot is a result of mass online voting by the Lakewood community, according to Woodrow alum Kyle Rains (and hopefully the post last week by Rick Wamre helped some).
Anyway, we need to keep it up because the voting doesn’t end until Aug. 10.
Should he win, Moran wants to use the grant to make a series of "We are Woodrow" videos. Read his proposal and vote here — I did!
