Woodrow Wilson High School junior Kadrian Oliver has been nominated to participate in the 2015 Miss Teen pageant March 15. Participants are nominated based on her academic work, community involvement and after an interview with the pageant coordinator. The Dallas/Fort Worth pageant winner will compete in a national competition in Orlando, Fla., with more than $30,000 in prizes and awards for competitors.
