Instead of marching along the parade route, the band, cheerleaders and other groups will be stationed around the Woodrow campus.

Spectators will enter on Paulus Avenue and travel east around the building as students get the crowd fired up to beat the Samuell Spartans.

Fans are encouraged to decorate their cars. Prizes will be given to the most spirited displays.

The parade starts at 5:30 p.m. Thursday.
