Woodrow Wilson High School’s girls volleyball team plays Spruce tonight at Louis Field House in the Cobb Athletic Complex. Our intrepid Woodrow girls volleyball correspondent, Steve Lazewski, reports that the Wildcats are 2-0 in district play after defeating Hillcrest and Conrad. The JV team plays at 5:30 p.m., and the varsity game begins about 6:30 p.m.
Woodrow’s football also plays Friday night at 7:30 p.m. in Seagoville. The football team is 3-0 after thumping North Forney last week 43-6.
