The concert is the culmination of the April 25 Woodrow 80th anniversary extravaganza. The celebration kicks off that morning with a parade led by legendary Caroll Shelby (as in Shelby Mustang). I got the opportunity to chat with Shelby when I was working on last month’s story. This guy is timelessly cool and at 86 years old he is still constantly on the move and sharp as a tack. I had to interview him on the phone because, at the time, he was in Vegas at a NASCAR event sponsored by HIM, so I hope I get the chance to meet him in person while he’s in town.
