If you’re hoping to grab a glass of wine and kick up your heels in the shopping center on Skillman, you’d better do it soon because you won’t be able to come November. Wine Therapist, which has occupied the corner of Skillman and Live Oak for nine years, is relocating.

Wine Therapist’s lease is up on October 31 (epic Halloween blowout bash, anyone?), and it has been not-so-subtly nudged out by its landlord Stonelake Capital Partners. For what? We don’t know yet, but you can bet we’re looking into it.

From there, it’ll be moving to Mockingbird and Abrams, next to the Albertsons, into what used to be the Kindred Spirits location before they closed in April.

Winetherapist3If all goes as planned, Wine Therapist will make a smooth transition into its new location and open there in November.

But first, owner Phillip Nikpour has to do a few renovations to the old Kindred Spirits building, which will be a little smaller than Wine Therapist’s current location.
