The Gin Mill on Henderson and The Greyhound Adoption League of Texas will hold an all-breed “Yappy Hour” from 4– 6 p.m. on March 30. Cost is $10 per person  and well-behaved dogs on leashes are welcome.

Central Market will highlight Brazil as part of its Passport series, beginning April 24. The event will include Brazilian food and wine and cooking classes from some of the country’s top chefs.
