This is an interesting story on the CBS 11 website about the Dallas County constables writing traffic tickets and not spending their time serving warrants.
I mention this since I saw a Dallas County Constable running radar in the area’s favorite speed trap at Skillman/Woodcrest earlier today. It is normally run by the Dallas Police Department and this is the first time I have seen a Constable running radar there.
