“Jailbait” by Deidre O’Connor, is running through Aug. 31 at the Bath House Cultural Center. It’s a witty play that takes place over the course of a dizzying night at a club and follows the parallel journey of two fifteen-year-old girls and two thirty-something men. When the unlikely foursome collides, they discover “surprising and dangerous compatibilities,” the website summary says. Ticket prices $10-$20. Buy tickets online.

A Muffin,” which is “a musical mystery tale as Muffin the dog discovers in the corner of her suburban backyard.” The book signing event starts at 1 p.m. Then the next day, White Rock Coffee is hosting free live music by Joe Teichman at 7 p.m. White Rock Coffee is located at 10105 E.
