Woodrow Wilson High School has been battling it out in a heated competition for weeks, albeit one that doesn’t involve a single student or teacher. The second-annual SportsDayHS Logo Tournament is underway, and Woodrow has proved victorious, making it all the way to the final round by beating schools from Bryan Adams to Grapevine High.

Voted by sports fans all over the metroplex, the contest is mostly for bragging rights as the best school logo. Just like March Madness, a bracket of all the participating schools has led to showdown after showdown, ending this week with the championship.

Woodrow faces Carrollton’s R.L. Turner High School. Voting takes place until Thursday, with the winner to be unveiled on Friday. You can vote once an hour, so help ensure the suburbs don’t win and vote for Woodrow here.

Oddly enough, the contest showcases Woodrow’s old logo of a wildcat in a circle, a design that closely resembles the copyrighted University of Arizona logo, which led to a cease and desist notice in 2013. Woodrow agreed to phase out the old logo and launched a search for a new design before unveiling a sleek new logo in 2014 (shown above).
