It looked like Tommy Stanco’s Balcony Club was nearly dead. But it’s going to be around for awhile yet. Stanco announced on facebook this week that he has reached a deal with his landlords and will remain open:
“Our landlords have come through and shown us that we are valued tenants, and our new lease was generous and understanding! Let the past be gone but not forgotten, and, as Fat Boy Slim says, ‘Here we go.’ ”
Hmm. He likes jazz AND electronic dance music. Congratulations on the new lease, Tommy Stanco.
