Studio 6 – A 50-minute calorie-burning exercise for total body conditioning using the Lagree Fitness Method and megaformer machine to incorporate elements of pilates, barre, and yoga. For first-timers, people can book their $25 intro class and reserve class slot anywhere from morning to evening.

Paradigm – An unlimited 24-hour fitness gym combines luxury with fitness, from executive locker rooms, to infrared sauna detox and recovery, along with fitness classes, members will have access to various hours and trainers to choose from. First class is free by creating a profile on the Paradigm gym’s website. 

Orangetheory Fitness – This studio is a full-body group fitness class that uses science, coaching, and technology to obtain members fitness goals. Orangetheory uses heart-rate-based interval training that targets five heart-rate zones. This method is designed to boost metabolism to burn more calories. This interval group training taught by a certified coach will guide people through 5 different heart rate zones: resting, easy, challenging, uncomfortable and all out. The goal is to spend 12 minutes or more with the heart rate elevated in The Orange Zone. First class is free and can be redeemed here.

Offbeat Boxing and Cycling Studios offers four class formats for people to choose from. Feel the beat, is the studio’s signature format where people ride to the beat to live music on indoor bikes. In addition to cycling, people can pair their exercise with a sculpt class. Sculpt, similar to pilates, is intended to focus on core and full body strength building. The workout utilizes weights and resistance bands to lengthen and strengthen the body. Feed the beast is a core format of boxing. The classes are beginner-friendly, starting with basic punches to build combos on the heavy bag. 

F45 Training Lakewood – The workouts at F45 Training crafted by certified personal trainers to bring together all muscle groups in your body, helping you achieve unparalleled strength, energy, and flexibility that will leave you feeling your absolute best.

SESSION PilatesSESSION Pilates is a reformer Pilates studio that performs a 50-minute, rhythm-based, high-intensity class using the Allegro 2 reformer. The music-driven method focuses on slow movements to target specific muscle groups of the body. SESSION is also committed to monthly classes to help raise funds and awareness for the studio partner The Family Place, an organization dedicated to helping victims of family violence in North Texas. HOTWORX – This virtually instructed program includes a 30-minute isometric workout and 15-minute HIIT session. The heat of this inclosed space causes the body to sweat more in order to remove toxins from the body through muscle contraction.

Coast CycleCoast is a boutique indoor cycling studio that is as dynamic as our riders. For 45-minutes, we ride to the beat of the music, incorporating hand weights and plenty of resistance for a full-body workout. Inspired by the beaches of California, riders can expect a crisp, cool aesthetic, upscale amenities, and sunny dispositions. Riders can choose from the seven different instructors from the coast team, each having various styles, energy, and music to choose from.
