The restaurant-bar at 3675 Ross Ave. will feature a dozen cocktails on tap that can be poured like beer and entertainment on its 12,000-square-foot patio, CultureMap Dallas reports.

Toller, owned by the proprietors of Hide in Deep Ellum, comes about two years after the scientific cocktail bar opened, according to Eater. While Hide uses centrifuges to extract flavor molecules from fruit and grows its own garnishes in a hydroponic garden, Toller will have a more relaxed and casual atmosphere. Plus, it’s dog friendly.

After all, the patio bar is named after the dog that belongs to one of the owners. The toller breed, which is part of the retriever family, is know for its life and enthusiasm that owners hope the eatery will possess.
