The bar from UNCO Management is inspired by the Lincoln Continental Mark V. Both the menu and the design of the interior, which features colors drawn from the 1977 Lincoln Continental Bill Blass edition, draw from the car.

Visitors can opt for the “custom build,” selecting ingredients for their martini, or they can order from “the designer series,” which includes six martini options ranging in price from $11-$14.

Cocktails, beer and wine are also available. Some of the cocktails, such as a Vesper martini, a Manhattan, an old fashioned and a Negroni, are from the freezer; the batched recipes are served at 15 degrees.

The 800-square-foot space offers seating for 43.

Tina’s Continental, located at 3309 Elm St., is the third dining establishment to call the Continental Gin Building home, joining Fiction Coffee and Tatsu. A fourth concept, a steakhouse from UNCO Hospitality, is to come, according to a news release.

UNCO is also behind Leela’s Wine Bar. There are locations in Lower Greenville and Trophy Club, and a third has recently opened in Uptown.
