This is the last week of the season for Dallas public pools, and Tietze splash, the annual neighborhood pool party, is from 7-9 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 11.
The party includes music, food, refreshments and swimming. The Lower Greenville, Lakewood Heights and Wilshire Heights neighborhood associations are co-sponsoring the party. To volunteer or sign up to bring cookies, contact Lisa Marshall.
