10 a.m.-2 a.m. Saturday April 18, Good Records on Lower Greenville hosts Record Store Day and Birthday Bash. Why is Good Records so awesome? Not only do they have a wide variety of skillfully selected “good” records, but the store, owned by Polyphonic Spree front man Tim Delaughter and his wife Julie, also serves as an intimate concert venue that regularly attracts awesome acts.  That’s why. Saturday’s bash includes an impressive line up of indoor and outdoor shows with appearences from The Crash That Took Me and Erykah Badu, just to name a couple.

8 p.m. Saturday + Sunday April 18+19, Live Music at White Rock Coffee Shop on Northwest at Ferndale. Saturday, see Industry 6, One Way and Mark Devin Dildane and then catch Taylor Davis and Tim Miller on Sunday.
