The Cedars Food Park at Dallas Heritage Village will hold a grand opening bash Saturday, July 28, to launch Dallas’ venue specifically for food trucks. The event is a collaboration between Dallas Heritage Village and food trucks, and will feature 18 trucks, live entertainment and beer and wine from local venues. The price range of food is between $2-$9 and will partially benefit Dallas Heritage Village. Cedars Food Park will officially be open every Wednesday-Friday for lunch, 11 a.m.-2 p.m. beginning on August 1, and every Thursday, 5-10 p.m., for dinner beginning August 16.
