This Saturday, Aug. 22, Chamberlain Studios of Self Defense in Lakewood is hosting its second annual Brew Ha Ha at the new Oak Highlands Brewery at 10484 Brockwood. It’s a brewmaster’s workout course where you exercise by lifting kegs and dragging grain, etc. The hour workout from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. is conducted by studio owner Nick Chamberlain, a ninth degree black belt, and is open to the public for a $20 entry fee.
