Photographer Dylan Hollingsworth found this big ol’ mess of trash in White Rock Creek while he was out shooting his nieces recently. The shots went viral from his Facebook page this week.
The Observer contacted City Hall about it, and now the Office of Environmental Quality and Stormwater Management are on the case. At any rate, a group of neighbors is planning to put their wellies on and start cleaning up the site at 3 p.m. Sunday.
