The Gin Mill in East Dallas just launched a new fall cocktail menu to bring warm flavors, seasonal favorites and brand new libations to Henderson.
Seasonal libations include The Monarch (Aylesbury Duck & Weave Vodka, strawberry, rhubarb syrup and soda), The 21st Amendment (cardamon infused TX Bourbon, Laird’s Apple Brandy, lemon, honey syrup and soda) and the Em-pearor (Tito’s Vodka, muddled house spiced pear, pear liquor, thyme syrup, lemon and soda) to name a few.
Additionally, The Gin Mill has updated the list of small batch gins and includes Texas distilleries such as Waterloo (Austin), Moody June Gin (Smithville), as well as gins from across the US and beyond in addition to the list of old time favorites. A new “Classic Gin Cocktails” menu includes old-school favorites the likes of the Sloe Gin Fizz,Tom Collins, Negroni, Gimlet and Bloodhound. Every Thursday, from 4 p.m.–2 a.m., all gin cocktails are $6.
The Gin Mill happy hour, served Tuesday 4 p.m.–2 a.m., Wednesday-Thursday 4 p.m.–7 p.m. and Friday 3 p.m.-7 p.m. includes half off flatbreads, $6 Gin Mill Burgers, 20 perfect wines by the bottle and $1 off all drinks. Plus more.
