The property, which used to house a senior living community, sits on 26 acres on Samuell Boulevard. Centurion American Development Group purchased the land from Buckner International.

The development group will start demolition and environment cleanup on the property in January, CEO Mehrdad Moayedi told the Morning News.

Single-family homes, costing $250,000 to $400,000, will sit on 40-foot lots. Townhomes will be priced around $250,000.

Pulte and New Synergy Homes will build the project, according to the Morning News.
