Chicken wings are painstakingly deboned without tearing the skin and stuffed with dumpling fillings to make Tebasaki Gyoza.

Chef Justin Holt of Lucia is bringing Tebasaki Gyoza and battleship curry to the Dubliner on Dec. 17 starting at 8 p.m.

Holt pops up again at 8 p.m. Dec. 23 at the Libertine with spicy miso ramen.

Holt, who began serving pop-up ramen dinners in 2013, also is working to open his own restaurant, Salaryman, in the Bishop Arts District.

Two gyoza will cost $5, and bowls of curry and ramen will cost $10.
