Dallas police arrested a 22-year-old man Monday following a shooting that left one man dead and a woman injured.

Police arrested Tyle Rasheed Ingram on unrelated charges before transferring him to the Homicide Unit and booking him into Dallas County Jail on a murder charge for the May 29 shooting.

Ingram faces capital murder charges in the killing of 18-year-old Kobe Mascorro. Police found Mascorro shot in his car at the 1300 block of South Barry Avenue. He was pronounced dead at the scene. A woman in the passenger seat was also shot, but had no life threatening injuries.

Ingram declined to give a statement, and his bond is set at $500,000.
