If you’re in need of lunch plans, look no further.
Greenville’s go-to sandwich joint and cocktail watering hole, Knuckle Sandwich Co., began serving lunch this week.
The shop opened earlier this month, and if it looks familiar from the outside, that’s because it moved in to Vagabond’s old building.
Dallas Culturemap covered Knuckle Sandwich’s opening saying owners Eddie “Lucky” Campbell and Andrew Brimecome, the same team that opened Parliament Bar, describe the bar as such:
“They describe it as a hybrid deli concept with a sophisticated bar that will also do delivery to the neighborhood. Given Campbell’s credentials, the bar program will obviously be serious. But Brimecome says that the food should not be overlooked.”
New shop hours have the Knuckle Sandwich open from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. every day.
