The restaurant confirmed to the Advocate that its home will be 4223 Bryan St. The building at the corner of Bryan Street and North Peak Street was formerly home to three tenants: L B’s Antiques and Estate, L&W Vintage and More, and Marcelo Garcia Jiu-Jitsu.

Bangkok City Restaurant is right across Peak from the new location, and Vietnam Restaurant is catty-cornered from the future St. Martin’s.

The French restaurant announced on social media May 8 that its last day on Greenville Avenue would be May 20. Known for its romantic atmosphere and live piano, St. Martin’s had been open at 3020 Greenville Ave. since 1980.

It is the latest Lower Greenville institution to say goodbye, following Blue Goose Cantina in March, The Grape in 2019 and San Francisco Rose in 2017.

Ahead of the closure, restaurant owner Mohsen Heidari told The Dallas Morning News that the lease was up at the Greenville space.

St. Martin’s plans to open the new location this summer.
