If East Dallas filmmaker Eric Steele uses Google, he must be pretty pleased today. Google’s April Fool’s joke this year involved changing its name to Topeka.
Steele’s short film "Topeka", which was shot at the Gold Rush Cafe last year, is making the festival rounds. Read about Topeka the movie here and here.
The short’s next stops are the Atlantic City Film Festival April 17 and the Hill Country Film Festival April 22-24.
