I poked my head in Yucatan Taco Stand Tequila Bar & Grill on Lowest Greenville this morning and discovered the staff sprucing the place up for opening day tomorrow. The general manager Jennifer Robinson gave me a mini-tour of the place, and I snapped some quick photos (only of the location; sorry, no food photos today). Robinson pointed out that the bar top is made of copper, as are the table tops on the booths, and all the wood is reclaimed wood. Yucatan will open tomorrow at 11 a.m., and it will be open for lunch and dinner every day. They will immediately begin serving a full menu and full bar menu. Check out the website for more.
