Head to the Good Local Flea, put on by East Dallas’ Good Local Markets between 3 p.m. and 9 p.m. to find arts, crafts and collectibles as well as a selection of books since the event will be held at Half Price Books. For its 30th anniversary, the Bath House Cultural Center is celebrating Dia de los Muertos by honoring some of the world’s famed artists, including Frida Kahlo, Vincent Van Gogh, Salvador Dalí, Prince, Freddy Fender, Juan Gabriel, Emily Dickinson and Edgar Allan Poe. To celebrate the Mexican holiday, which honors deceased loved ones, local artists have created a wide range of memorial artwork that will be on display through Nov. 12 and there is no cost to attend.
