It’s not often that children get to practice for trick-or-treating but the Wee Can Academy on Ross made it possible to do just that.

On Monday morning, children from the early childhood development center dressed in costumes and went door to classroom door to collect candy at the campus of the Dallas Can Academy, where Wee Can is located.

The children collected candy from the teachers and high school students who got to take a break from classes while greeting the preschoolers and walking with them down the halls.

Dallas Can Academy teachers and administration also got in on the Halloween fun by dressing as their favorite emojis.

According to a press release, after the early trick-or-treating was done, “the children mustered up the energy to enjoy lunch, however some of them couldn’t make it to nap time to fall asleep.”

It sounds like it was a successful Halloween after all.
