  • Don’t forget the White Rock Games are coming up on April 17. Register your team asap.
  • The students at Alex Sanger Elementary School are participating in a UNICEF program where they use athletic bracelets to track their steps. When they walk 120,000 steps, they get a “fit point,” and five fit points earns a bag of food for an impoverished nation from UNICEF.
  • As of yesterday, Comerica and the LECPTA are partnering to raise money for LOLA. Students can bring coins and bills to fill the Comerica piggy banks in their classrooms until April 3. Learn more.
  • Help Hexter Elementary build a track for its students by purchasing a brick. Names and logos can be placed on the bricks. Regular sized bricks are $50 and large bricks are $200. Download the order form here.
