In 1969, there was a robbery at the Casa Linda Motor Bank.

A man with a gun robbed the bank, which was located in East Dallas. He demanded cash from the teller, Audrey Skweres, and took $11,000.

A silent film shows some footage from the investigation, originally taken by WFAA crews. It’s part of the G. William Jones Collection at SMU.

In the clip, see Dallas police officers on scene, and get a look inside the bank. Also see detectives reviewing maps of the area.
