The Bath House Cultural Center is offering residents an opportunity to show their love for their city through quilting.

Dallas residents are invited to contribute to a collaborative quilt celebrating The City of Dallas. Those that are interested will be able to personalize quilt squares at local cultural centers through Jan. 31.

The quilt will be unveiled at the inaugural 214 Day: Show Love for Dallas event on Friday, Feb. 14 from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. The day is designed to use the arts as a means to celebrate Dallas’ culture and spirit. It will feature light bites, entertainment and artistic experiences for participants.

The locations participating in the collaborative quilt can be found below:

  • Bath House Cultural Center (521 E. Lawther Dr.) | Tue-Sat: 12–6 p.m.
  • Latino Cultural Center (2600 Live Oak St.) | Tue-Sat: 10 a.m.–5 p.m.
  • Oak Cliff Cultural Center (223 W Jefferson Blvd.) | Tue-Sat: 12–6 p.m.
  • South Dallas Cultural Center (3400 S. Fitzhugh Ave.) | Tue-Sat: 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
