Deep Ellum’s TX Tea Room is continuing their Twisted Tuesdays tradition and hosting a Texas Tea Party, featuring stand-up comedy and comedy karaoke this week.
The bar’s Twisted Tuesdays, for guests 21 years of age and older, consists of EDM, house and DNB music for guests to enjoy. This week, their resident DJs Skippy and Johnwayne will be playing alongside special guests Rhyzma Beetz and MVNKEE. Drink specials include $3 wells and select beers and $4 for all tea shots, all evening. No cover fee.
On Wednesday, The Texas Tea Party — presented by Comedy For The Internet and hosted by musician and comedy-writer RaShaad Jamari Leggett — will be starting with a happy hour at 6:00 p.m., before guests will be able to participate in a comedy open mic and comedy karaoke at 7:30 p.m.
