We noticed that a Potbelly Sandwich Works is coming to the Old Town Shopping Center on Greenville Avenue. It looks like they’re doing demolition on a retail space, so it could be a while before the shop opens.
We put a call into Weitzman Group, which leases the shopping center, and Potbelly’s headquarters in Chicago, but haven’t heard back yet.
