Police are asking for the public’s help in an investigation into the death of a man found unresponsive in East Dallas.
Authorities found 45-year-old Juan Segovia on June 30 in the 4800 block of Live Oak Street. Segovia was unresponsive, prompting officials to book him into the inebriate center detention facility at the Dallas City Marshal’s office, officers said.
A week later, Segovia was found unresponsive in his cell and sent to Baylor University Medical Center. He died Sunday of undetermined causes.
It is not clear how long he was unresponsive in his holding cell before he was found.
