You’ve likely eaten at a Lombardi Family Concepts’ restaurant, from Penne Pomodoro at the Lakewood Shopping Center to Bistro 31 or Kai Asian Bistro. Founder and patriarch Alberto Lombardi and his wife, Vivian, took up residence in the stately five-bedroom house at 6855 Lakewood Boulevard in 2006, with its rounded staircases and dark wood accents.
Now the couple is vacating the property, and seemingly plan to leave most of their belongings behind. A listing on estatesales.net states, “Dallas Celebrity Restaurateur couple, Alberto and Vivian Lombardi, are downsizing and have walked away from their Lakewood Estate.”
The site showcases dozens of items up available for purchase, from antique furniture to jewelry to designer clothing like Halmut Lang, Prada and Diane Von Furstenberg. The estate sale runs Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Cash and credit card are accepted, but bring your own boxes and moving materials.
