The move to the Braniff Centre near Dallas Love Field will allow On Rotation to expand production, package beers and build a kitchen.

“While we never wanted to leave Lakewood, we spent two years looking for a location in Dallas that would offer us the chance to build On Rotation into a true brewpub experience and couldn’t pass up the opportunity to stretch our legs at the Braniff Centre,” co-owner Jacob Sloan told CultureMap in a statement.

Construction will begin in a few weeks with completion scheduled for 2021, CultureMap reported.

On Rotation opened on Gaston Avenue in 2014 with 40 rotating craft beers, cider, hard seltzer and wine. Three fermentation tanks, plus an additional three will be transported to the new location, which will also feature a menu of fried chicken, Southern sides and appetizers, according to the publication.

“When we first started On Rotation, we wanted to be judged on the quality of our beer, not our appetizers,” co-founder Lindsay Sloan told CultureMap. “With five years under our belt, we have the experience to do this right and offer a stellar menu that will complement our beers.”

The brewery has been closed since March but has continued to fill orders for curbside pickup. At the new location, a minimart will sell four-packs for takeout or pickup.
