Atlantic Hotels Ltd. plans to open a Westin Hotel in East Dallas. According to the Dallas Morning News the Carrolton-based company purchased the vacant 7-story Dallas Health & Rehabilitation Center building on Gaston with plans to pour $25 million into converting it. Read more.
