Pizza Parm Project is one of many new pizza ghost kitchens, including Zalat and Thunderbird Pies, to hit Dallas-Fort Worth this summer. The pop-up will offer salads, signature pizzas and Parmesan hero sandwiches. Signature pizzas include the “You Can Call Me Scorpion,” with sausage, jalapeño, pepperoncini and chili flakes for $16. Another good choice is the “‘Sup Shorty,” which contains short rib pot roast, caramelized onion, arugula and horseradish.
