A new beer wall is in the works at Mockingbird Station. That’s right — “a wall of more than 40 beers on tap” is one of the highlights in store at the Mockingbird Taproom, a full-service burger and sports bar set to open in December.
In addition to its 40-some beers, the 5,810 square foot Taproom boasts 20 or so plasma TVs for sports watching’, and check out some of the menu items: in-house smoked meats, Tex-Mex style tacos Suicide Fries with queso, warm salted pretzels with honey mustard and queso, sandwiches for carnivores (“three pork”) and vegetarians (hummus and goat cheese), chicken wings with sauces that run the gamut from mild molasses to YGHUT (“you’re gonna hate us tomorrow”).
Mark your calendars, because the owners are promising $2 taco Tuesdays and 50 cent wing Wednesdays.
