Dallas police are asking for the public’s help locating a 28-year-old man who has been missing since March 11.
Otis Stewart was last seen at 12:15 p.m. at 2328 St. Francis Ave.
He is described as a Black man standing 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighing 190 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray shirt, black pants with white stripes and white tennis shoes.
Police think he may be a danger to himself or others.
