Update (8:45 p.m.): Karl Boettcher has been found and is safe, police said.
The Dallas Police Department is asking the public for help finding an 80-year-old man who went missing Friday.
Karl Boettcher was last seen around 12:30 p.m. June 16 in the 6300 block of Malcolm Drive, Dallas police said.
He was driving a white 2024 Toyota Sienna minivan.
Boettcher is 5-foot-9 and weighs around 190 pounds, police said. He has white hair and blue eyes and was last seen wearing a brown sweater and dark pants.
