There hasn’t been much press about it this year, but the Dallas Symphony Orchestra is indeed returning to Flagpole Hill on Monday evening for its annual Memorial Day Concert. Bring a picnic. It’s free and lasts from 4-9 p.m.
Also that day: Sara Hickman takes the Dallas Arboretum’s Martin Rutchik Concert Stage at 11 a.m. Bring the kids if you got ’em — the arboretum’s always family-friendly, but this day in particular will be, with crafts, face painting, etc.
