“I fell in love with her instantly,” Katie Duncan says of Violet Olivia Frazer when she found her via Operation Kindness. Around her M-Street home, the basset hound is known as the pillow dancer for her penchant for pillow perching. But she isn’t just a dainty lady. One of her pastimes is romping around the ranch in Jacksboro County, and she can be found cruising Tietze Park many an evening with Duncan and Jason Frazer. She gets along well with their other dog Gus, an English shepherd, but is definitely the queen of her castle. Duncan embraces the situation. “She is a little pushy and a little bossy. But how can you deny her?”
