If you tried to get some biscuits at Barbec’s this morning, you would have seen that it was closed and had an ominous sign on the door. But according to a manager, this is a temporary closing.
The sign reads, “Closed in cooperation with the City of Dallas Department of Code Compliance.” Barbec’s manager Mehdi Kalas says that the closure is temporary. On a recent inspection, a plumbing issue was noticed, and they decided to do the repair right away. He said the city was on the way over this afternoon to approve the repair, and that they should be open later today.
